Developing Human Resources Who Pursue Creative and Challenging Activities
Basic policy
Based on our Management Philosophy, the AMADA Group Corporate Code of Conduct, and the Basic Policy on Sustainability, the AMADA Group believes that the best approach to human resources is to develop people who pursue creative and challenging activities, create an environment where diverse human resources can maximize their abilities, and continue to take on the challenge of creating value.
To realize this vision, we have set our policy on human resource development as developing the capabilities of diverse human resources and supporting autonomous career development, and our policy on the improvement of working environments as creating a fulfilling workplace where employees can be comfortable and fulfilled in their work.
In our medium-term business plan, we aim to resolve the problems of our customers and society with new technologies. To achieve our goals, we have set the development of human resources, the promotion of diversity, and the creation of a rewarding workplace as key issues so that each and every employee can maximize their potential, and we are implementing initiatives across the Group to address these issues.
