Purpose of Social Media Participation
The AMADA Group hopes to increase its visibility among the general public through the use of social media to disseminate information. Our aim is to enhance our brand value so that we become the company of choice for our customers and others for years to come.
Preparedness for Social Media Participation
- We understand the nature of social media and will participate in a sensible and moderate way.
- In participating in social media, we will comply with various laws and regulations as well as internal rules such as the AMADA Group’s Code of Conduct, Rules of Employment, and Social Media Guidelines.

- In the event that we send out information that is incorrect or contains inappropriate language, we will promptly correct it.
- We will comply with all laws and regulations, respect the rights of third parties including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, and portrait rights, and take care to avoid defamation. We will also handle personal information in accordance with the AMADA Group Privacy Policy.
- When citing contributions of third parties, etc., we will clearly indicate the sources and the quoted portions.
