A3. AMADA listed its shares on the Second Section of the TSE in October 1961, and listed its shares on the Second Section of the Osaka Securities Exchange (OSE) in July 1962.
The Company's stock was later designated to the First Section of both the TSE and OSE in August 1969, after OSE cash equity market was integrated into that of TSE, AMADA's stock is listed on TSE only.

Q9. I still have my original stock certificates; what do I need to do to convert them to book-entry shares?
A9. You should first confirm that the shares are in your own name. If the shares are in the name of another shareholder, there is a possibility you will lose your shareholder's rights after conversion of the shares to book-entry form is executed.
We also recommend that you consider depositing your share certificates with a securities firm for safekeeping.
