4. Prohibition of Disclosure to Third Parties

AMADA Group does not provide the personal information of Related Parties to a third party without obtaining the consent of Related Parties in advance, except for the following cases.

  • When we are required or authorized by law, government ordinance, municipal regulations, or other regulations to do so
  • Cases where it is necessary for the protection of the life, body or property of a person and it is difficult to obtain the consent of Related Parties

6. Outsourcing the Handling of Personal Information

AMADA Group may outsource the handling of the personal information of Related Parties. In such cases, we select a person who has taken sufficient measures for the protection of personal information and implement the necessary and appropriate supervision of the contractor.

7. Request for Disclosure, Correction, or Discontinuation of Use

AMADA Group will promptly carry out procedures such as the disclosure, correction, and suspension of the use of personal information held by the AMADA Group upon request from the relevant individual. In accordance with applicable laws and regulations, we will respond within a reasonable scope after confirming that the requester is the individual to whom the personal information pertains.
