Processing technology to enhance product QCD

AMADA regards processing technology as an important technology to solve various machining challenges and improve the quality, cost, and delivery (QCD) for products manufactured by our customers. Therefore, we develop this technology in a dedicated unit.

We offer a wide range of processing technologies for a variety of applications, from solving in-process issues such as improving processing precision and quality, to improving the QCD of final products incorporating welding and assembly considerations, to transforming production such as via changing processing methods from cutting to stamping.

Building future creations with our customers

The AMADA GLOBAL INNOVATION CENTER (AGIC) has separated laboratory rooms (LABOs) as dedicated spaces for customers. In these rooms, customers can work alongside AMADA’s engineering staff to test and verify new processing technologies that are not yet available elsewhere.

The Innovation SITE within AGIC also provides the latest machines, toolings, equipment, and processing technology for processing verification. We utilize these mechanisms to reveal hidden issues, and work with customers to build the future of processing.
