Group Solutions

AMADA’s processing technology is an active supporter in all kinds of places where cutting-edge technology is required.

Processing for the growing fields of EVs and charging stations

Metal parts for the body and interior of EVs are made by stamping press processing and sheet metal fabrication, while micro welding technology is used for EV batteries. Sheet metal fabrication is also used in related infrastructure such as EV station charger housings.

Many of the housings and mechanical parts for EV chargers are created through sheet metal fabrication.

Medical Equipment to Support Advanced Medical Care

AMADA’s machines are also used to make the metal parts found in MRI machines and other testing equipment, endoscopes, forceps, and other medical devices, as well as non-metallic products such as stents and lenses.
