Support Activities for Sheet Metal Industry Associations
Sheet metal industry associations are organizations that have been established in each region of Japan by firms involved in the sheet metal processing industry, with the objective of planning, proposing, implementing and studying various activities for the benefit of member firms and development of the industry. Currently 26 industry associations have been established in Japan. AMADA supports the associations' activities through a variety of measures.
Main industry association activities and AMADA's support
- * Holding regular general meetings, organizing management seminars, sponsoring factory visits in Japan and overseas, etc.
- * Holding skill improvement courses and providing backup for the Nationally-accredited qualification.
- * Holding training sessions for employee education (for new employees, mid-level employees, leadership level employees, etc.)
To help improve the skills of all association member firms, train human resources and promote industry development, AMADA provides assistance through the industry association secretariats and takes measures such as dispatching lecturers for workshops.
