Ensuring diversity on the Board of Directors

The Board of Directors consists of nine directors, including four external directors who are independent directors. Of these, there is one female director, making the ratio of female directors 11.1%.
The Board of Directors will continue to maintain and improve its diversity in order to further enhance its effectiveness.
