Ensuring diversity on the Board of Directors

The Board of Directors consists of seven directors, including four external directors who are independent directors. Of these, there are two female directors, making the ratio of female directors 28.6%.
The Board of Directors will continue to maintain and improve its diversity in order to further enhance its effectiveness.
