This product requires many bends that can’t be bent by machines (where collisions are detected), so we decided the order of bends, and used obtuse angle bends.
We used both machine processing and our company’s original fabrication methods in realizing the precision of ±0.5mm, and I think this is where our product received the high scores. In bending one sheet of steel into a formative art, the bends that couldn’t be made by machines were bent on the machines by utilizing the skill of experts. This demonstrates the value of talent, by making a shape using the machine that cannot automatically produce the part itself.
We are both surprised and happy to receive such an honorable award in our first try. The award not only encourages our technical staffs, but also the entire company. The motivation of our employees increased, and we are now confident that we can provide higher quality products that meet our customers’ needs.
