Strengths

レーザー加工機のマーキングでQRコードに挑戦した。

AP100でハッチングのパターンを複数回テストし現在の仕様となった。

本作品は板金実習の課題として製作した。

設計から組立.調整まで必要とする課題であるため、訓練効果が期待できる。

  • Reasons for choosing the theme: 学生がディスカッションを重ね、社会に出た際に使える実用性が高いものとしてCard Caseを製作することとした。

  • Reasons for choosing the material: 塗装しないため、錆に強い材料としてステンレスを選択した。

  • Most important points: 名刺を取り出しやすいような可動角度となるように調整した。また、指が入りやすいようにＵノッチの大きさを決めた。

  • Most difficult points: 可動部がスムーズに動くように弧状長穴の寸法を微調整した。また、スムーズにスライドさせるため、クリアランス調整用の治具を作成し組み立てをした。

  • What I noticed when actually processed it from the drawing: 想定していた以上にスライド部の動きが固かったため、スライド部のクリアランス調整が必要だった。
