・　小さい製品の中に多くの曲げを詰め込んだ製品。

・　曲げ工程は20工程と多く、加工順を間違えると完成できない製品である為、BENDCAMにて加工順を最適に。

・　爪のR曲げ、深曲げ部分は専用の金型を製作。

・　中量産加工での再現性と生産性を両立すべく、汎用金型と専用金型の併用により難加工品を標準化。
