We would like to express our gratitude for awarding us the honorable “Japan Vocational Ability Development Association Chairman's Award”. The strength of our company lies in advanced welding, and it is a great honor to receive an award in the “Welding fabrication (Welding technology & skills)” category, boosting our confidence to enhance our welding technologies even further.

Design changes were made many times for constriction and twist amount until the final shape was decided, taking on a new challenge each time, and worked on many prototypes until we were satisfied with the shape. In particular, unfold shape and R bend required advanced technologies in order to retain a beautiful appearance without welding flexures. Furthermore, the skilled welding operator that handled welding made meticulous efforts in avoiding contortion and unevenness, and added the hair-line process to the finish.

Our team was named “Glitters” hoping to win the shining GOLD award someday, and this year was our 6th try. Everyone at our company is overjoyed at such a great honor.

We will continue to participate in the Fair by aiming higher, and strive to promote technical excellence in order to respond to customers’ trust.
