We're all very pleased and thankful for receiving an honorary “Japan Vocational Ability Development Association Chairman's Award” to our piece “Closed Object”.

One of our company creeds is “precision sheet metal depends on bending”. Under this creed, we have decided to manufacture a closed object that is generally seen difficult, with the theme of “making complicated shapes with one time unfolding and welding less”.

During the manufacturing process, we had to try and error the shape of tab and slot to keep size in correct, and clearance tuning to absorb accumulated errors of 50 bends with 0.01 size tolerance. It was really hard.

We believe our blanking / bending skills the basics of sheet metal processing is highly valued as a result of our daily efforts to sharpen our skills as the creed and have brought us this award. We hope to improve our core technologies in the base of sheet metal technologies through continuous learning with modesty, and continue to manufacture more complicated and advanced products.
