The key point of our product is the smooth opening and closing of the doors made possible by the welding technique that prevented their thermal distortion. The doors made of 0.7 mm thick steel may be otherwise distorted to a great extent when welded. We divided the weld length and determined the welding sequence by making use of our experience. This welding procedure helped to eliminate the welding distortion of the doors. When polishing the product, we also took pains in preventing the door weld corners from sagging and ensuring straight lines.
Distortion-free welding, straight corner lines of the doors created by finish polishing, smooth round finish of the top panels, and smooth opening and closing of the upper and lower top panels thanks to uniform clearance. We think that all of our design, NC, bending, welding, polishing, and assembling techniques were appreciated and brought us our awards.
We are greatly honored by the Japan Vocational Ability Development Association Award and Gold Award for our first ever entry and sincerely thankful for the recognition of our skills and techniques. Not self-conceited with these awards, we will further improve our skills and techniques to make products satisfactory to our customers.
