“Unfold a part and calculate its dimensions.” “Make the cross section as round as possible.” “Grind the faying surfaces.” “Minimize the gap and welding distortion.” We carefully fabricated each part by paying utmost attention to these requirements. As a result, taper bends were finished beautifully on a press brake, and the duct was completed with tight fit and minimum welding distortion. Given no special finishing, the duct has few flaws and imperfections. This may be another reason for its high rating.
We are pleasantly surprised and greatly honored to receive the gold award following the silver award last year. We credit the gold award to the serious and persistent efforts of our employees at their everyday work.
Welding is wide in its scope and leaves many things unclear. Given the impetus by our gold award, we will endeavor to improve our joining techniques and skills. Nothing will be more exciting than the possibility of the gold award opening up new business opportunities for us.
