Awards Judged beyond Exhibition Category
Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare Award This award is presented to works of the highest quality and precision, created using the most advanced skills and techniques.
Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry Award This award is presented to works that are expected to make a significant contribution to the sheet metal industry through achievements, such as the development of cutting-edge machining techniques and methods.
Kanagawa Prefectural Governor's Award This award is presented to works that incorporate ideas, concepts, technical expertise, and/or skills with promising potential for future commercialization.
Japan Vocational Ability Development Association Chairman's Award This award is presented to works that demonstrate exceptional skill and are considered to have pioneered unique approaches.
The Nikkan Kogyo Shimbun Award This award is presented to works that demonstrate an exceptionally high level of technical skill and originality and are expected to contribute to the development of the industry.
The Japan Society for Technology of Plasticity President's Award This award is presented to works that specifically demonstrate advanced techniques and skills, such as bending and drawing.
Overseas Best Award This award is presented to sheet metal works that demonstrate the highest level of technical expertise and skills among all entries from overseas.
Judging Committee's Special Award This award is presented to works recognized for their originality and excellence.
AMADA Award This award is presented to works that are deemed to have contributed to improvements in quality and cost through effective use of the latest machining technologies and equipment.

Awards Judged by Category
Grand Prize This award is presented to the most outstanding sheet metal and press-worked products in each category.
Technical Award This award is presented to the top 25% of nominated entries in each category, as determined by the judging panel, based on the results of the first-round screening (votes from general visitors, web votes, members of the Japan Society for Technology of Plasticity, and executives of Japan's Local Sheet Metal Associations).
