We all staff, are very pleased with receiving the honorable Gold award in the assembly category at the 29th Precision Sheet Metal Technology Fair, for which we thank you very much.
I was slightly confused with the result since the accomplishment of the work piece is not satisfactory enough to our company.

The caring points are preparation and study of what and how to make before production, like development of gear wheel, design of laminated mold for precise gear teeth and pitch. Furthermore, it is not a technical issue however, the another care is how to find the spare time within the restriction of ordinally working hours.
It is also hard to keep motivation despite of moving forward the production just like ordinally work once the production flow is decided.

I am sure that the awareness of operator toward manufacturing has been changed while studying and experiencing the various issues through thinking by themselves and completing with full of idea like last work piece we did.
We shall strive for further technological improvement to be mentioned of being wonderful sheet metal technology from our customer not to become big head.
