I am filled with much admiration to being recognized here since “the other Minister’s award” has been our aim and we have been prepared for it just after we received “The award of Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry last year.
I would like to express our appreciation for the opportunity given by the Sheet metal association from not only production team but also staff member of the company.

The concept of this work piece comes from an idea of “creation of surprising piece from simple unfolded shape” and manual processing is also an interesting part.

It is difficult to image the final shape at the design stage therefore, many trial and error of prototype work leads to the finalizing.
The many narrow slit processing causes an error because of undulation of work sheet while laser processing however, change of processing order eliminates the error. The fine tuning on material thickness, slit width and shape makes manual processing possible.

The project moves smoothly since positive opinion and suggestion instead of negative views and comment to these subjects are kept in mind within member meeting, that leads to the award of Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare.
I recognize the value of team work and coping pleasantly here again.

I would like to utilize this valuable opportunity for passing down the skill, mind and know-how within the company and of course, challenge to the consecutive winner with the best work piece is our aim.
