We are very happy and proud to have been awarded by AMADA for our entry with the Gold Award. We know that so many companies from all over the world have been participating in the contest, so it is a real honor for us that we were among the winners.

Our company is providing all kind of sheet metal parts all over Germany . We are a typical sheet metal job shop, trying to give our best to satisfy customer needs. In the past, we have judged our sheet metal parts as not so sophisticated to participate in this kind of contest, which over the last years always has received fabulous sheet metal work pieces from well know companies all over the world.

Our entry "Cooling unit for lights" is a contract development for one of our partners working in the lighting industry. With this part, we finally found something really interesting in our portfolio to participate in the 28th precision sheet metal technology fair.

The most difficult point was, that our partner had clear expectations about this kind of a part and we had to find out, how we could produce it with our existing machine technology. This part is pretty much like a 3D-Puzzle. In the beginning you know, that everything should perfectly fit together, but you need a lot of patience, passion and skill until you finally have the part in your hands. Therefore this part also somehow represents the philosophy of our company. This part is a passive heat sink for a ceiling LED lighting.

Different from many other lighting products, this heat sink is not made by an aluminum profile, but by an assembly of 56 stainless steel sheet metal parts, clamped together to a form of a ring lamella. This type of assembly enables us to produce a big variety of different layouts for these kind of heat sinks.

The assembly gives a bigger flexibility than the usage of aluminum profiles in regard to the form integration into a lighting equipment.

The competition within the sheet metal production industry is very hard. Therefore technology should enable the customer to achieve an advantage in production, that other companies in the sheet metal industry do not have.

We would like to brush up our technology in order to customer’s high accuracy, quality and design.
