Cylindrical bending
of the main body and removal part was particularly
hard. Fabrication accuracy variations and welding
distortions made it difficult to achieve circularity.
We solved this problem by devising bending dies
and employing YAG welding.
The accuracy of each part is high enough to meet
the accuracy requirements of the customers from
the standpoint of assembling technology.
When encouraged by Amada and C-able Software, we
entered our product at the fair without thinking
much. Report of the Gold Award did not register
with us at first. Given Minister of Health, Labour
and Welfare Award as well and the opportunity of
participating in the award ceremony, we are truly
thankful. We can now confidently challenge our next
tasks.
We think the Gold Award in the assembling technology
department has recognized our total capability.
Spurred by this achievement, we will work toward
our long-cherished dream of developing our own products. |
