Strengths

To replicate a real grand piano as closely as possible, we engineered functional details including an opening/closing lid, music stand, and matching bench. The dimensions and overall proportions between the piano and bench were meticulously calculated for accurate scale fidelity.

  • Reasons for choosing the material: 外観を綺麗に仕上げるため

  • Most important points: グランドピアノのふたを開閉できるようにした点、側面の湾曲している箇所

  • Most difficult points: 側面の板をピアノ本体の曲面に沿うようにスリットを入れたが、スリットの幅や長さを何度も調整したところ

  • What I noticed when actually processed it from the drawing: 穴の大きさはピッタリよりも0.1㎜大きくしたほうがスムーズに組み立てられること。側面のパーツが想像よりも本体の形状に沿わせることが難しかったこと。
