Strengths

BEND CAM等は使用しないで曲げ順や使用金型は自分で考えました。

特に複雑な形状に加え、一枚板での曲げ加工や潰し加工もあり、曲げ順は特に苦労しました。

今まで分割して最終工程で溶接をしていましたが、一枚物で加工することで加工時間の短縮、見栄え向上、耐久性向上
に繋がると考えてます。
