Strengths
- Aluminium cocoon:
Orange quarters were embossed with setting jig machine
The different parts of the cocoon were assembled with rivets
- Alien's body (steel, aluminium and copper):
The different parts of Alien were cut with puncher and laser cutting
The manufacturing of the mouth was done with hammering of a sheet and
with a rolling machine. Teeth were created with grinding of a sheet steel.
Assembly of the different elements that make up the alien was made using the MAG welding process.
