The product that we exhibited this time was manufactured
as a sample for marketing, and we did not have much difficulty in
manufacturing it. However, we spent a lot of time in applying as fine
processing as possible and in deciding the design. This is
because it is more important than anything else to strongly appeal
to customers as it is made for "marketing." We could achieve
the "0.01 mm precision," which had been impossible for punching
press work. We think we received the award because this precision
could be expressed as a piece of work. Honestly, I am surprised, as
I did not expect such an award at all. As the sample made for marketing
was highly evaluated by many people, we appreciate that our original
purpose could be achieved.
Micromachining has a lot of depth and requires highly soophisticated
technology. With "challenge" as our theme, we will take
on a variety of challenges in the future. |
