- Opened the “AMADA Global Innovation Center” at the company Head Office in Isehara City, Kanagawa Prefecture.
The AMADA Global Innovation Center is a venue for customers to innovate their production.
This location allows Amada engineers and customers from around the world to take on the challenge of new manufacturing methods together, and experience the latest machines and technologies from Amada.
Challenge of future processing technology by verification
This is a “customer-dedicated space” made up of nine laboratory rooms equipped with the latest software and machinery, and a measurement room equipped with state-of-the-art inspection equipment.
The latest solutions and state-of-the-art inspection equipment are always installed for use. Customers can address the various issues they have by working together with Amada engineering staff to verify their processes to immediately verify matters such as the quality requirements.
Sharing current issues
Discussions are held to consider the approach to issues currently faced by the customer based on past case examples and the latest processing technology, and how to proceed with verification of the process, including the use of the optimal programming.
Processing verification
You can work with Amada engineering staff from the creation of programs using the latest solutions to the verification of the processing.
Simulation
You can compare your current equipment with the effectiveness of introducing the machines and software to solve their issues using quantified data.
Measurement room
You can measure the processed products right there on the spot and make judgment on the processing verification results based on the supporting numerical data.
