Work sensor attachment

Prevents defective dimensions caused by back gauge errors, one type of defective processing of bending products. We have also prepared a work sensor with uneven tips.

Supported models

HDS-NT Series / AMNC/PC_Ver.5or later

Load control

Eliminate material thickness variations, changes in machine with time and machine-dependent differences, and produce the objective angle from the first curve, just by changing the table stop signal from Measure (Position) to Scale (load).

Supported models

HDS-NT Series / AMNC/PC_Ver.5or later

TDS

AMADA's TDS system is a system for detecting material thickness variations as a load change and controlling the D axis. Supports stabilization of the finish angle.

Supported models

HDS-NT Series / AMNC/PC_Ver.5or later
