Strengths

The competition entry is a material guide chute, fabricated from 304 stainless steel as a curved‑surface welded assembly. The key point is that the circular‑arc bending shall be completed with standard dies to ensure no bending indentations. Meanwhile, welding joints require highly sophisticated treatment to achieve smooth surfaces completely free of burrs.
