Strengths

A highly portable, foldable barbecue grill designed to collapse into a compact size that fits into a standard A4 zippered case when not in use. To ensure long-term, repeated usability, the structural dimensions were engineered specifically to fit readily available, inexpensive replacement grill meshes.

  • Reasons for choosing the theme: 新たに学校に導入された最先端工作機械を使用したものづくりを行いたいと考え、実用的な作品をつくりたかった。

  • Reasons for choosing the material: 比較的安価で加工が容易であったため。

  • Most important points: 市販の焼網（A4サイズ）に全体構造をフィットさせたこと。

  • Most difficult points: 材料同士を組み合わせた時のクリアランスを試行錯誤し、剛性を持たせたところ。

  • What I noticed when actually processed it from the drawing: 微細なクリアランスを調整するためには図面のみでは難しいところがあった。
