Strengths

The sheet metal component is used in a patented marking device. With its unique IQPRINT, we have reimagined inkjet technology. This highly robust and reliable system ensures optimum print quality at all times, short start-up times without the need for cleaning, and thus maximum availability in day-to-day operation. When idle, IQPRINT automatically seals the print nozzle 100 per cent airtight whilst allowing the ink to continue circulating. This prevents the ink from drying out and avoids the blockages that are otherwise common. When the IQJET is switched on, it is immediately ready for production again.

To ensure that print quality remains consistently stable regardless of environmental conditions, IQPRINT continuously regulates the temperature and viscosity of the ink.
