Strengths

Created with the concept of building a complete truck from a single stainless steel sheet, this piece was designed like a flattened layout after measuring our company's actual truck. Using 0.2 mm thin stainless steel, micro-slits with 1 mm tabs were designed along bend lines, enabling precise assembly with hand pliers—no heavy machinery required. The cabin interior, including seats and steering wheel, is seamlessly integrated into the same single layout. Featuring 31 intricate bends that demand a strict sequence, angles, and directions, this piece transforms a single flat sheet into a highly detailed truck.
