Strengths

Solution needed to be secondary op free (no fixings), therefore lid had to be designed as a push fit. Developed a castellation which needed a light joggle applied to it, to create a spring loaded fit. This was possible from the AMADA HRB's high accuracy and sectionalised tooling.
