Strengths

Fabricated a 16-inch wheel (7J) at 1/3 scale, with an original spoke shape and angle devised in-house. The rim was fabricated using rings of different plate thicknesses. By notching the middle ring and fitting the spokes into it, the number of welded areas was reduced, minimizing thermal distortion. We also paid close attention to the visual aesthetic by combining SUS304 2B raw finish, mirror polish, and hairline textures.
