1. Process Method
Laser Cutting: 2mm carbon steel sheet cut via high-precision Fiber laser to reproduce intricate shapes (stars, pine needles, antlers, GALMETAL logo).
CNC Bending: Bottom edge formed on a CNC press brake into a stable, integrated "L-shaped" base.
Powder Coating: Matte green finish providing 100% edge coverage, corrosion protection, and premium aesthetics.
2. Innovation & Optimization One-Piece
Design: Welding is completely eliminated. Bending a single sheet removes post-weld grinding, spatter cleaning, and thermal straightening.
Nesting Efficiency: Crescent moon geometry allows tight interlocking on the raw sheet, minimizing material waste.
Burr-Free Edges: High-pressure nitrogen cutting eliminates dross, removing the need for mechanical deburring before coating.
