Strengths

The process method to manufacture the Daschund required a number (234) of part numbered laser cut blanks, these blanks then required press brake folds of various angles to match the model, parts were then welded together to form the Daschund, part was then lightly ground and then powdercoated.

Some innovation and time reduction was the consolidation of the individual parts to eliminate (excess) extra welding, this was typically figured out during the design stage, but also consolidated when folding the individual parts.
