Strengths

短時間で橋全体のスケール間を表現しました。

ロープ部分を結ぶことによってリアリティーを出しました。

  • Reasons for choosing the theme: 2025年８月に初めて明石海峡大橋を渡り、そのスケールの大きさに驚き、これを溶接・板金で表現できないかと思い、製作にチャレンジしました。

  • Reasons for choosing the material: 技術校にある限られた材料で、SUS304より安価なSUS430を利用し、重厚感を出すためにヘアーライン仕上げとした。

  • Most important points: 全体のバランス。 リアリティーのあるロープ部分。

  • Most difficult points: ロープを巻き付けるための小部品の溶接。 ロープを小部品に巻き付ける工程。 ロープについては細径ワイヤで加工を行いたかったが、技術校の溶加棒（φ1mm）を使用したため、巻き付けるのには硬く、苦労した。

  • What I noticed when actually processed it from the drawing: 部品同士を隙間無くはめ合わせることができた。SUS430を使用したため、溶接ひずみが少なかった。 ロープ部分について、最初は溶接での接合を試みたが、巻き付けに変更し、見栄えの改善が行えた。
