Strengths

Our process involved laser cutting, bending, and surface finishing to achieve high accuracy and superior product quality. Laser cutting ensured precise dimensions with minimal burrs, while CNC bending provided consistent angles and tight tolerances. After forming, the surface was finished using polishing and deburring techniques to remove oxidation marks and improve appearance. This innovation reduced processing time by 30% and improved overall QCD performance. Quality increased through accurate laser profiles, cost decreased by reducing manual rework, and delivery improved due to faster production flow. The final components showed excellent edge quality, smooth surface texture, and consistent geometry, meeting all design and customer requirements.
