Strengths

New addition of EGB1303-M30 press brake has drastically reduced setup and improved productivity. The brake has been able to produce 800 units per day vs under 200 on the older machine. The combination of offline 4i Bend software, new 3 Finger Backgauge, machine accuracy with AFH tooling, and stage bending and speed helped make this leap in productivity possible.

The accuracy is ±1 degree on press brake
Program time was 20 hrs original design
