Strengths

秋をイメージした野菜や果物を中心に鍛金したことです。

特にアピールしたいのがいがぐりと柿です。

いがぐりは針を表現するためのリベットのはんだ付けが一番苦労しました。

機械加工や手加工で製品を作り上げることも難しかったです。

  • Reasons for choosing the theme: 製品作製時が、秋だったからです。

  • Reasons for choosing the material: 秋を表現したかったので、銅板をメインに使用しました。銅板だけだと寂しい感じがしたので、アクリルで鮮やかを出しました。ステンレスも使用しましたが、あまり主張しすぎないように気を付けました。

  • Most important points: 製品の配置に重点を置きました。360°どの角度から見ても楽しめるように心がけました。

  • Most difficult points: 部品を土台に取りつけるのが、苦労しました。特に取り付ける際のはんだ付けや全体のバランスに苦労しました。

  • What I noticed when actually processed it from the drawing: ステンレスの土台の穴位置と銅板の穴位置を一致させるのが難しかったです。
