Strengths

Quoting - used to have to submit RFQs to engineering for estimated run times and tooling review. Paperless Parts allows that evaluation to take place in sales. Quote time reduced from 48 hours to minutes.

Blanking - We did not have the capability to produce this part prior to our ACIES. The TK allows us to eliminate manual removal of parts from the skeleton. Parts go directly from the ACIES to our press brakes.

Forming - Off-line programming ensures operators on every shift follow the same verified setup. Our A TC reduced set up time from 30 minutes to~45 seconds. Bend indicator tightened bend tolerances from +/- 2° to tighter than +/- 1 °.

Powder - Our powder line is programmable. We store the "recipe" in the controller to ensure line speed, wash pressures, and oven temps. are consistent every time we run this part across shift changes.
