I sincerely appreciate for receiving Gold prize by getting the best judgment on our "Sheet metal knitting cube" even though our first participation.

It took us more than 3 years for participation with trial and errors. We could finally exhibit at the 30th Precision Sheet Metal Technology Fair by completion of satisfactory work started from casual words of project member when we had been strugging for "making our idea into shape this year". The best appealing point of work is how to show the joint invisible without welding. We asked 20 staff for joint visibility in the house trial and their replies were "no joint could be seen", which was our absolute aim.

The very difficult points were to maintain the bending accuracy within ±0.1 at every bend for knitting together without fail, then to keep laser cutting after knitting together in good accuracy for retain fine pile when assembly and also to hold the excellent flat surface when assembling at bending after laser cutting, which all these difficulties were overcome by trials and errors step by step.

I honestly believe the sense toward manufacturing from now on has changed by completion of the work through own idea and invention.

Which give various learning and experience.

We shall endeavor for serving the customer with "high technology", "reliable and credible" and "impressive".
