We would like to thank everyone for the honorable GOLD award. All of us are exceptionally pleased with surprise for receiving this award.

The reason behind of this product was that we wondered if we could create a complicated piece by only bending process from one piece of material, and convey the fun and surprise of manufacturing.

There were two areas with considerable efforts. The first one was tooling selection and bending order for process sheet because of more than 60 bending processes and its complicated shape. The second was bending process to keeping accuracy of measurement because a round pipe goes through the side of the product at partly for fun and with a very long 2540mm in blanking length.

We had some concerns when we started however, we exchanged ideas and views within our group, and as the name of the product “All of Nothing” suggests, we made it on our first try – no trial bends or second chances and I believe it allows our successor to acquire technology and skills as well as creativity.

We hope to utilize this experience in succeeding technical knowledge to the younger generation, further improvement in manufacturing skills and manufacturing of advanced products.
