I would like to deeply thank for receiving an honorable “Japan Vocational Ability Development Association Chairman's Award” for our “An indefinite living turtle with Mt Penglai on his back” at the 27th Precision Sheet Metal Technology Fair. We are all very thrilled.

Our main business is construction signs, which are essential guide signs (sign panels, direction boards, building signboards and such) for buildings or streets manufactured in our own plant. This piece utilizes many of our techniques in sign manufacturing; such as hidden screws, proficient polishing and meticulous attention to detail in plastic arts. A lot of tests were carried out and many prototypes were made to finally reach at this final piece.

Mount Penglai in the piece is the name of the mountain where China’s holy immortal hermits live. Mt. Penglai was thought to be on the back of a holy turtle and it was believed that the elixir of life was there in ancient myth. People had been dreaming living in this mythical place in the olden days. Although the dream won’t come true, we created this piece with the belief in importance of working diligently for pursuing Utopia and our dreams.

This award extremely encourages our staffs who challenge to new subject every time and manufacture seriously and earnestly in details. We will continue to work hard in manufacturing with fun.
