We would like to express our gratitude for this great Nikkan Kogyo Shimbun Award.

Our company, prototype supplier, has been being two things our clients - one is “short lead-time”, and the other is “tight tolerance” for manufacturing difficult and complex component exact in drawing. We have been striving for these requests with our mind together and believe our constant efforts led to this award.

We started making this piece with the concept of “high precision manufacturing”, at ±0.05mm tolerance. The difficult part was that some bends couldn't be done or hard to bend if in wrong order. Since there are many offset bends, fine-adjustment on brake pressure had to be tuned carefully to keep correct bend angle. The piece had also many processes, we therefore, had to check the size many times during the process because single error in dimension made cumulative error.

Our company makes mainly prototypes, so over 90% is new drawing with very few repeat one. Daily efforts are inevitable to bring KAIZEN in the manufacturing of high-precision parts efficiently.

This award makes staff motivated and we will endeavor to the best of our ability with keeping the joy of taking part in the leading edge manufacturing of Japan in mind. Thank you very much.
