We had difficulty processing this product since it required complicated bending within a 2mm square and forming at a very small (Φ0.2) tip of a spherical shape. In the high-precision processing process (prototyping electronic parts etc.), we made full use of a punching machine capable of producing ultra-high-precision electronic parts and a servo bender to minimize the initial cost.
Since this product was made not specifically for this Fair but for a customer who had ordered it, we owe this prize to the customer who allowed us to exhibit the product.
We are honored to receive the prestigious prizes, the Silver Prize last year and the Gold Prize this year, consecutively. We would like to express our gratitude to all of the judges, associated people and the people who recommended us for the prize.
As a precision sheet metal working company engaged in the “thin sheet and ultra-shin sheet processing,” we will make inventive approaches with a theme, “Manufacturing value-improved products,” to respond to various needs of customers. We will make further efforts, with new resolve, as a manufacturing company that uses an integrated manufacturing system covering from prototyping to mass production.
