For our first participation to the Fair, we focused on a theme within our specialty - monuments. We considered how to make stainless steel look as real as possible, created detailed drawings and made the product look beautiful even as a monument. We made particular efforts in grinding small pipes after we have welded them.
Making a “bridge” was a new challenge in this area of formative arts. We think that choosing this fragile and difficult-to-process article and precisely reproducing the actual shape were the reasons why the product was highly appreciated.
We had been considering participation in the Precision Sheet Metal Technology Fair for years. With a resolve to participate in the fair this year, our employees chose several themes and formed a group of some people to work on them towards the fair. Since we could embody a new theme that utilized our technologies, we could apply for the fair this time.
We are very grateful to receive the Gold Prize and the Technical Award in our first try.
These awards will encourage our young employees, further strengthen our advantage in “creative manufacturing” and lead us to delivering better products to our customers. Thank you very much.
