"Selection of welding points and bending points," "bending precision," "prevention of distortion by uniform welding" and "careful finishing." To reflect 3-D CAD images in a precise manner, we used utmost caution about these points. We could combine a start with a soccer-ball-imaged base portion in a well-balanced manner. We could visually appeal the paucity of distortion at the time of welding by designing the connection
between the start and the base as a plug-in. And, we explained the manufacturing processes with drawings. I think that these points were highly evaluated. Among many unique and excellent works exhibited, we are just surprised that our works received such an award. We would like to express our thanks to those who evaluated our works and Hokkaido Amada who gave us such an opportunity. Our company is mainly engaged in production of air-conditioning equipment. From now on, however, we will challenge design and manufacturing of various products, being free from the present line of business, and try to further improve our technology and proficiency.
