This product is a work holder for a centrifugal separator that deoils works.
The housing basket has to have as little play as possible when a work is placed in the rotating basket, and be rigid enough to withstand centrifugal force (300G) for many hours. For these reasons, their parts are assembled by bolting, and welded after completion of overall assembly. The portions that may cause liquid accumulation due to centrifugal force are perforated with holes without fail. As a design idea, the lid can be locked around its overall perimeter not to allow works to be spun off during rotation, and the lock plate is designed to be opened by centrifugal force to improve safety. I think that this product is highly regarded for the high-rigid structure with bolting and bending used in many places, and the high bending precision realized by the holes (circular holes) perforated symmetrically on the bend line.
In the past, we also won the Gold Award of the 10th Annual Precision Sheet Metal Technology Fair for the same category.
This time, we are awarded the best award, and we feel highly honored and very pleased with it.
