In our designs which are a strength of the company, we always aim to eliminate welding processes and secondary operations such as tapping.
The 0.5mm stainless steel burner flame strip was traditionally "Hard Tooled" but by piercing the 0.8mm diameter burner holes on a Turret Punch Press we can produce a variety of strip sizes and flame pattern. The ability to form without deformation of the material is also important.
The key to the success of the final assembly is the high accuracy at each stage of the manufacturing process.
We were delighted to be told that we had received the Golden Award at the International Fair. Our patented designs are renowned in our own industry, but it is very satisfying to receive this recognition within the international sheet metal field.
We aim to be the lowest cost manufacturer in the market. Therefore, we plan to invest in automation of our manufacturing processes. |
