Based on our Management Philosophy, the AMADA Group Corporate Code of Conduct, and the Basic Policy on Sustainability, the AMADA Group believes that the best approach to human resources is to develop people who pursue creative and challenging activities, create an environment where diverse human resources can maximize their abilities, and continue to take on the challenge of creating value.
In our medium-term business plan, we aim to resolve the problems of our customers and society with new technologies. To realize this goal, we have set the development of human resources, the promotion of diversity, and the creation of a rewarding workplace as key issues so that each and every employee can maximize their potential. In addition, we have established basic policies on human resource development and improvement of the working environment, and are taking initiatives across the Group to address issues.
