We were able to receive our 8th Gold Award since the “Hexagonal shelf” at the 26th Precision Sheet Metal Technology Fair two years ago. We would like to thank Amada, the selection committee members, and our Metal Craft Course graduates.

The main feature of our product lies in the Japanese art design created with laser cutting and NCT piercing. LED lights placed inside are designed to emit light from the arts on the 5 surfaces through colored acrylic sheets. We believe our design and product appearance achieved recognition.

Our students spent much time programming for CAD/ NCT processing. They also ran into difficulty with bend angle variation and bend flexures with C1100P 1/4 (copper plate) coil material bending.

Engaging in and completing a project for the Fair give the students a sense of achievement, a sense of joy when their product is recognized, and the aspiration to make the product better. Naturally it is a great opportunity for them to learn the profundity of manufacturing, and it shows in their commitment to quality.
